ABSTRACT
PT. Indra Karya have ability which last for competing with other dissimilar consultant company by professional officer as well as ability of managerial company. With quite a lot its company employees, need done a good operation system in order to the employees performance stabilize and even progressively mount. For that, this research aim to see variable having an effect on to employees especially to work satisfaction employees and employees performance. Since to the number of variable which deal with satisfaction work and the performance, hence the researcher limit such variable that is : compensation work employees, development of employees career, and environment work employees. Result of former research having bearing or equality with this research by Purwaningsih ( 1995) hitting relation of compensation satisfaction with organizational comitment and job involvement, also by Herman Yulianto ( 1996) with research entitle ” Factors Influencing Work Satisfaction, Requirement have achievement And PerformanceResearch done at Persero PT. Indra Karya Centering in Jakarta And Branch Office 1 … of East Java with amount of employees of PT Indra Karya to be checked by as much 129 one who consisted of by Staff Professional as much 86 one who represent technique staff (engineer), 43 people represent of Sub Professional and Supporting Staff. But from 129 questioner which have been propagated really which return is 103 questioner.
Analyzed data using multiple regression model and by using aid of software SPSS For Windows Release 10.0.
Research result indicate that dominant variable influence work satisfaction is environment work of employees, while dominant variable influence employees performance is variable of career development of employees and work satisfaction of employees. Positively variable of employees compensation, development of career of employees and environment work employees have an effect on to satisfaction work and performance.
